Treatment Modalities: I utilize variety of treatment modalities. My foundation is in Internal Family Systems (our inner family of parts of ourselves) and Gestalt therapy. Both are holistic therapies. I also incorporate cognitive, behavioral and educational aspects to our work. My approach is collaborative, creating safety, respect and compassion in our partnership.

Insurance Accepted: Out of network insurance. I can assist you with the questions to ask your insurance company to determine your coverage. You will be given a statement at the end of each month to submit to your insurance carrier. I am a Medicare provider.
