Anxiety can be difficult to deal with and it can hinder living life to its fullest. Because our mind creates our subsequent feelings, we can learn a new way of thinking in order to side step anxiety and learn to release negative feelings through cognitive therapy.
Sometimes anxiety can be a respsonse to a depressed mood as a reactive emotion, which attempts to lift your mood upwards. It's a very uncomfortable feeling and it can interfere with all life activities. It's important to seek help to prevent habituation of the cycle and/or to treat a chronic problem that you have lived with for a long time.
Remember that there is hope, because help can be found. You do not have to deal with mood and emotional problems alone.
