Description If you suffer from symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, or have a new and difficult adjustment in your life, I will perform a very detailed initial evaluation to better understand you and your personal situation. I will rapidly identify what your concerns and difficulties are, and I will do my best to help you by establishing a treatment plan. I will discuss with you openly your diagnosis, as well as treatment options, such as medication and psychotherapy. After assessing your problem, I will be glad to provide you with suggestions about lifestyle modifications to help you reach your goals and maintain a stable and satisfactory quality of life.
