Sandra Seeger specializes in work with individuals, children and families concerning issues with anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression, and trauma resolution. Sandra utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy ( supported by research) and creative/action based methods for a unique and effective treatment.
She has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and combines experience and enthusiasm with a genuine desire to help.
