Description Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness-based stress reduction methods, I have helped individuals improve coping with current stressors, reduce their level of anxiety and increase their ability to enjoy life, with all its ups and downs. I especially enjoy working younger adults (20s/30s), multicultural individuals, attorneys and law students, and those who are new to therapy.
