You probably experience pain and anxiety and you might feel quite stuck. Even hopeless or powerless to change.
You might be struggling with an inner voice that, despite all evidence to the contrary, tells you what you can not do and what you can not master.A voice that pulls you down or keeps you from feeling happy. The first step in moving forward is acknowledging that inner voice.
What I have learned from my work is that through body awareness and an empathic attitude towards our self we can learn to listen differently to those inner places that stop us from living a fuller and more satisfying life.
In my work I will guide you with a lot of support, to be a better listener to yourself, develop a better relationship with yourself and build inner self support that will allow you to move forward to a more fulfilling life.
I bring in to my work many years of experience working with people suffering from trauma, emotional neglect and anxiety. I Use in my work different modalities including EMDR, Gestalt Psychotherapy, Focusing Oriented Psychotherapy and Movement Therapy.
